Ensure you contact us within 24 hrs of receiving the package and not later, the package needs to be sent back within 3 days. Exchanges or Returns are accepted on UNWORN and UNALTERED items only.

If it’s a wig, the lace around the perimeter must still be intact not cut off in any form, baby hair not trim, or wig worn.

There is a 15% Restock fee on all exchanged wigs to cover the time invested in creating the wigs and the cost of repackaging.

This unit may require restyling/hand styling out of the package to make it reflect the photos.
